Ingredients

200g tuna
3 tablespoon coffee or grated pistachio
1 red pepper
1 pinch pepper grass
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil

How you make it

  1. Marinate the tuna with extra virgin olive oil and salt
  2. Place the red pepper in a frying pan and leave to cook until the skin begins to burn
  3. Place fillet of tuna in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally so all outer edges are cooked evenly
  4. Remove skin from red pepper and take out all of the seeds
  5. Place red pepper into a container, add some salt and extra virgin olive oil, then mix with a blender
  6. Roll the tuna fillet in olive oil and then in the coffee, place tuna back in frying pan and cook briefly on each side
  7. Put the red pepper sauce onto a plate, then serve the tuna on top, decorate with balsamic vinegar and your dish is ready!
