100g tuna
1 tomato
Prepared red onion (Raoul’ suggestion red onion from Calabria)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Fresh salad leaves
1 lemon
1 bread roll
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil

How you make it

  1. Slice the tuna into small pieces and place into a bowl, then add some salt, oregano, red onion and extra virgin olive oil
  2. Grate some of the lemon skin into bowl and add the juice from half of the lemon
  3. Slice tomato and season with salt, oregano and extra virgin olive oil
  4. Pour olive oil onto the bread roll and season with salt, then place the sliced tomato inside
  5. Season the salad leaves and season, toss in some extra virgin olive oil and place in the roll on top of tomato
  6. Place your raw tuna inside, and your dish is ready to eat
