Ingredients

100g squid
100g clams
100g grouper
100g monkfish
100g tuna
100g sole
100g Cod
200g Scampi sauce
250g Spinach
Parsley
1 pinch red hot chili peppers
1 garlic clove
250g cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil

How you do it

  1. Put frying pan on heat and pour in extra virgin olive oil, then add the oregano and chilli peppers
  2. Quarter tomatoes and add to pan with half the clove of garlic
  3. Place the fish in the saucepan, turn, at the end add the clams and then cover in the pan for two minutes
  4. Place spinach inside jar, with some salt and olive oil
  5. Pour scampi sauce to pan (See recipe here) and re-cover
  6. Add oregano to the pan and sprinkle in the chopped parsley
  7. Pour soup into the jar – serve and enjoy!
